Our latest technolo-gy makes this women’s competition bar a new breakthrough barbell. Its length is 201cm with a grip diameter of 25mm.The grip and sleeves are plated with hard chrome, thus making the surface smoother and more convenient to load and unload. The medium level knurled design on the surface of the handles improves grip and comfort of the barbell. Even if one’s palms are sweaty during exercise, they can still be firmly held.

1.Accuracy
The length of these barbells are 2.01m, diameter of 25mm, and a weight of 15kg, The weight and size of each rod are accurately calculated, cut, and with a weight tolerance of +/- 0.2%.
2.Quenching process
The barbells are made of high-quality materials through a special quenching process. These barbells are made of CrMo alloy steel material and have a tensile strength of 170k. After a careful heat treating process, the material properties, elasticity, fatigue strength, are all improved. They will not bend after long term use.
3.Knurled Design
In accordance with the international weightlifting federation standard knurling mark, our pole has two sections at the hand holding area with space of 5mm. They are not only beautiful but also enhance the grips.
4.Straightening Process
Steel could deform under a combination of thermal stress and structural stress. We will straighten deformed barbells.
5.Characteristics
Our barbells have no flaws such as cracks, slag inclusions, bubbles, and other safety critical defects. Under the action of 3800N static load, the round jump value of the barbell bar after removing the external force is not more than 0.6mm. The barbells 4 needle rollers, 2 copper sleeves, and barbell rod sleeves can rotate flexibly.
6.Test
The surface of the barbells are treated with hard chrome and the corrosion resistance levels are greater than 6. It is developed with 24 hours of continuous spraying. Load 1500lbs/700kg.
7.Logo and warranty
Livepro’s logo and weight indication are engraved on both ends of the pole. They are durable, not easy to fade or wear, and have a two year comprehensive commercial warranty.
