The structure of these dumbbells are very compact to achieve maximum strength, avoid damage, and secondary maintenance. The head is up to 8mm thick with a polyurethane layer with excellent shock absorption and buffering ability. This can effectively protect the floor and surrounding equipment. The handles have a medium intensity diamond knurling that improves grip and comfort. The handle surfaces are plated with hard chrome that do not easily rust and extend the dumbbells lifespan.
